Last year, our Israeli group took part in the Hora Shemesh Israeli Folkdance camp in France from 28 December 2002 to 01 January 2003.
I would like to thank the manager of this great event, Bonny Piha, for its efficient organisation and its always pleasant attitude. We were very pleased and satisfied.

Throughout the course, Bonny Piha indeed appeared to be an excellent manager, able to bring creative solutions to each day’s problems. We could then enjoy a wide variety of marvelous and funny performances that kept us entertained until the end. Everything went smoothly.

Thanks to Bonny, we all received a lot of energy and motivation for future participation in the next meetings.
No doubt that this dance project would have never reached to its “bar mitzvah” without Bonny Piha’s wonderful job. We all wish that it will go on for many years.

On behalf of all the dancers, a special thanks to the instructing team and the choreographers from Israel: Haim Vaknin, Yoram Sason, Rafi Ziv
and Eyal Eliyahu .
A special thought to Haim Vaknin who gave us the opportunity to be involved in this special camp and offered us this unforgettable experience.
Haim Vaknin’s modesty, talent and great personality together with its outstanding pedagogic skills played a key role in the camp activity.
We would also like to express our appreciation of Marie-Odile Sutter’s devotion. Marie-Odile is our Israeli dance teacher and ambassador in France. She remarkably leads groups and dedicates herself to convey Israeli culture, even through this difficult period.

Many thanks to Shelly Piha for her great assistance in the organisation. Thanks to her creativity, she managed to maintain a cheerful athmosphere and to take care of every tiny detail such as decoration, personal attention and listening during the camp. Her ability to quickly find easy solutions to daily problems was of great help.
On behalf of all dancers, we would like to say “thank you, it was fabulous and see you next year in Hora Shemesh!”.
